The lower body class from booti heaven solely focusing on the glutes, it incorporates barbells, ankle weights and booti bands to targets all angles of your booty!
BOOTI CORE
The class that focuses on your Booti and the lower mid section to firm & shape your lower body, strengthen your core and get that peachy booti of your dreams!
STRONG FIT
A combination of Strength training, body weight movements to build muscle & improve cardiovascular health, feel the burn whilst getting toned!
CARDIO PILATES
A combination of training your core with light dumbbell exercises to further enhance and tone your core and other muscle groups.
VITALISE SERIES
The Vitalise series offers Vitalise Strength, Circuit and Fitball – designed to focus on Vitality, Balance and posture, these classes are excellent for recovery from injury, improving flexibility, mobility and balance.
ARMS & ABS

A class that combines cardiovascular and resistance training, starting with cycle and finishing with a boxing circuit.
FIT FLOW
A full body class focusing on lengthening limbs using light hand weights, ankle weights and bands to improve posture, strength and your core.
TRI
Medium to High Intensity class, divided into 3 sections, Cardio, Core and Strength Training.
THT
High / Low aerobic class concentrating on isolating the mid and lower section for fat burning and conditioning.
